Westform’s small-group Reformer Pilates classes are designed to help you build functional strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected — both in and out of the studio.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • This class is the perfect introduction to Pilates, guiding you through fundamental principles in a safe yet challenging workout. Discover what Pilates is all about while building a strong foundation. We recommend taking 10 - 12 Foundation classes before taking an All Levels or Intermediate class. If it is in budget, we recommend taking 3 privates before taking group classes to really hone your skills. Take a look at our private welcome package.

  • Classes are designed to challenge you by offering different layers to meet you where you are at today. It is recommended that you complete 10 - 12 Foundation classes before joining this class.

  • Ready for the next challenge? When you are confidently taking on the challenges in All Levels you are ready for an Intermediate class. Remember form is key in Pilates! This class moves at a faster pace with limited breaks and in-between stretches.

  • A Sunday kind of flow for all levels. Mobility focused with slower transitions in and out of strength movements to reset and ease into the week.

  • A cardio-focused class featuring the Pilates jump board. Designed for high-energy movement with low impact on your joints, this workout builds stamina while keeping your body supported. It is recommended that you have taken at least 10 Reformer Foundation classes before attending this class.

Each class is 50 minutes of intentional movement on the Reformer — blending strength, balance, and mobility work. With only four reformers per class, you’ll get personalized attention and hands-on guidance in an intimate, supportive setting. Whether you’re here to complement your outdoor lifestyle or to move pain-free again, you’ll leave feeling stronger and more aligned.

All classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 12 hours before class or do not show up, you will lose one class credit.
