Reformer Foundations is a once-per-month workshop designed as a true introduction to Pilates. Unlike a regular group class, this workshop moves at a slower pace and breaks down the fundamentals in detail, focusing on proper alignment, breath, and how to safely use the reformer.

You’ll learn key Pilates principles, explore foundational exercises, and gain a deeper understanding of how each movement should feel in your body. Questions are encouraged throughout, and time is built in for clarification and hands-on guidance.

This workshop is strongly recommended for anyone who is brand new to Pilates or new to the reformer before joining our group classes.

Please note: class packages cannot be used for this workshop.

If you’re looking for even more individualized support, private sessions are a great complement or alternative to this workshop. Our Private Welcome Package offers one-on-one instruction to help you build confidence and refine your movement before stepping into group classes. Take a look at our private welcome package.
